About the University
Established in 2011 by the Government of Uttarakhand (Act No. 8 of 2011), UUHF is a premier institution dedicated to horticulture, forestry, and allied sciences. Headquartered at Bharsar, Pauri Garhwal, the university was carved out of G.B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology to address the unique agro-climatic and ecological needs of Uttarakhand.
